Description :
Charming vintage handmade crochet Santa Claus paired with an artificial Christmas tree, offering a wonderful combination of nostalgic holiday craftsmanship and traditional seasonal décor. The collectible Santa features a richly textured red and white looped-yarn suit, oversized fluffy cuffs, a matching Santa hat, black belt, and black boots. His beautifully detailed molded face has rosy cheeks, bright blue eyes, and a full flowing white beard. The handcrafted yarn construction gives Santa a distinctive three-dimensional appearance, making him a delightful statement piece for vintage Christmas displays. Also includes a boxed artificial green Christmas tree with attached multicolored lights, separate stand components, and electrical cord. A wonderful pairing for collectors of vintage handmade Christmas decorations, retro holiday figures, and traditional Christmas memorabilia. Approx. Measurements Crochet Santa: Approximately 18–24 inches tall Artificial Christmas Tree: Approximately 3–5 feet tall when assembled Condition Vintage pre-owned condition with visible age-related wear and minor discoloration. Santa's yarn costume appears generally intact, with some loose or uneven strands consistent with handmade construction and storage. Facial details, beard, hat, and boots appear present. Artificial Christmas tree is disassembled and stored in a cardboard box. Tree lights are untested, and completeness of branches, stand components, and accessories has not been verified. Sold together as pictured, as-is, where-is. Historical Note Handmade crochet and looped-yarn Santa Claus decorations became popular during the mid-to-late 20th century, when elaborate handcrafted Christmas figures were cherished additions to holiday displays. Today, vintage yarn Santas are appreciated for their distinctive textures, whimsical oversized details, and nostalgic craftsmanship. Their handmade character and increasingly uncommon construction make them especially appealing to collectors of retro Christmas decorations. Estimated Value 75–150
