Pick Up Protocol


Dear Auction Customers,

Out of respect for our clients, fellow customers, and for everyone’s safety, property access during pick-up is limited. Clients choose an online auction format to maintain privacy and normal use of their home during the sale process. For this reason, general touring of the premises is not permitted.

We value each of our customers and appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure a smooth, efficient pick-up experience. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

  • Restrooms are not available on site. Many homes remain occupied, and we ask that clients’ privacy be respected.

  • Large item pick-ups: Staff will escort you to your purchased item(s). Buyers are responsible for all loading, disassembly, and transport. Agora Estate does not provide tools, hand carts, or loading assistance. Please come prepared and remove items safely and promptly.

  • Pick-up compliance: Items not collected during the scheduled pick-up window will be considered forfeited and may be offered to the next bidder. We do not have storage facilities, and all properties must be cleared according to client timelines. Please carefully review pick-up dates, times, and locations prior to bidding.

  • Parking considerations: Parking may be limited. We kindly ask that items be loaded into vehicles as quickly as possible to allow smooth traffic flow and minimize wait times for others. During picker-style sales, please load your auction items before shopping.

  • Item verification: Before leaving the property, please confirm that all items listed on your invoice have been received. While items are often grouped together for convenience, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify accuracy prior to departure.
