Description :
Elegant pair of vintage Hollywood Regency table lamps featuring faceted crystal urn bodies with polished brass accents and decorative finials. One lamp showcases an elongated optic-cut crystal body topped with a dramatic brass palm leaf finial on a black stepped pedestal base with floral medallion accents. The companion lamp features an Empire-inspired cut crystal urn with etched rose panels, diamond-cut detailing, and polished brass fittings on a ribbed pedestal base. Together they create a sophisticated statement while complementing one another despite their differing designs. Their timeless combination of crystal, brass, and neoclassical styling makes them ideal for traditional, Hollywood Regency, French Empire, or transitional interiors. Measurements (Approx.) • Palm leaf lamp: 32" H to top of harp, 7" W at base • Crystal urn lamp: 30" H to top of harp, 7" W at base • Bases: Approximately 5"–6" square Condition Overall good vintage condition with light age-related wear, minor surface scratches, and gentle patina to the brass. Crystal bodies are free of major chips or cracks observed. Lamps have not been electrically tested and may benefit from rewiring or servicing prior to regular use. Shades are not included. Please review all photographs carefully as they are part of the description. Historical Note Hollywood Regency lighting flourished from the 1960s through the 1980s, blending classical European influences with glamorous materials including brass, crystal, marble, and polished metals. Crystal urn lamps inspired by French Empire and Maison Charles designs became staples of upscale interiors, while palm leaf finials and neoclassical detailing reflected the luxury aesthetic popularized by designers such as John Richard and Chapman. Today these vintage crystal and brass lamps remain highly sought after for traditional, Palm Beach, French Country, and Hollywood Regency interiors. Estimated Value 350-650
