Description :
Classic vintage furniture pairing featuring a cherry-finished lyre base end table and a coordinating carved wood pedestal table lamp. The elegant table showcases a serpentine top, single drawer, carved floral medallion, and graceful lyre pedestal inspired by Federal and Duncan Phyfe designs. The matching carved wood lamp features a neoclassical pedestal with fluted column and carved scroll detailing, creating a timeless traditional look. Ideal as a bedside, living room, or entryway accent, this coordinated set complements Colonial, Federal, Regency, and traditional interiors. Measurements (Approx.) End Table Lamp Condition Both pieces are in good vintage condition with light age-related wear, including minor surface scratches and finish wear consistent with normal use. The drawer slides smoothly, and the table is structurally sound. The lamp retains its vintage wiring and should be inspected before regular use. Shade is included as shown. Please review all photos for complete condition details. Historical Note Lyre-base furniture originated during the Federal and Empire periods of the early 19th century and experienced a strong revival during the mid-20th-century Colonial and Traditional Revival movements. Thomasville produced many high-quality interpretations of these classic designs during the 1960s-1980s. The carved neoclassical lamp complements the period perfectly, making this an attractive coordinated vintage furniture set. Estimated Value 425–675
