Description :
Pair of vintage Colonial Williamsburg-style solid brass wall candle sconces featuring graceful scrolling candle arms, round backplates, drip pans, and decorative pierced lyre-form wall mounts. Classic Early American design with warm aged brass surfaces. Each holds one taper candle and makes an attractive symmetrical pair for a dining room, fireplace, entryway, or traditional interior. Approx. Measurements: 11–14" H x 5–7" W x 6–9" D Condition: Good vintage condition with expected age-related patina, tarnish, oxidation, and surface wear to the brass. Both sconces appear intact with mounting holes present. Please review photos for exact condition and mounting requirements. Historical Note: Williamsburg-style brass lighting and accessories became especially popular during the Colonial Revival, drawing from 18th-century American forms preserved in historic Williamsburg, Virginia. Baldwin and other American brass makers produced similar high-quality solid brass candle sconces throughout the 20th century. Est. Value: 125-225
