Description :

Impressive antique Victorian-era Vienna regulator style wall clock featuring an elaborately carved walnut case with turned columns, architectural pediment, carved shell and foliate details, glass-front case, Roman numeral dial, brass pendulum, and winding key. The tall narrow proportions and highly decorative casework create a striking statement piece. Interior paper label and clock components are present. A substantial antique wall clock with excellent decorative presence.

Approx. Measurements: 38–46" H x 13–17" W x 6–9" D

Condition: Good antique condition with age-related surface wear, scratches, finish variation, dust, and patina. Case appears substantially intact with glass, pendulum, and key present. Clock has not been professionally inspected for mechanical accuracy or long-term operation; service may be required. Please review photos for exact condition and completeness.

Historical Note: Vienna regulator clocks became fashionable throughout Europe and America during the 19th century. Their precision pendulum movements were frequently housed in elaborate architectural cases, with later Victorian examples incorporating turned columns, carved ornament, elaborate pediments, and richly finished walnut.
