Description :

Fun vintage game and sporting collection featuring a Westminster wooden tennis racket with classic wood frame, vintage-style grip and decorative Westminster/Big Ben graphics, paired with an early Yahtzee dice game by E.S. Lowe Company. The Yahtzee box is copyright dated 1956 and retains its wonderfully colorful mid-century graphics. Box includes dice, cup, instructions/score materials and accessories as shown. Great display pieces for a game room, vintage sports collection, or mid-century décor.

Approx. Measurements
Tennis racket approx. 26–28" long. Yahtzee box approx. 12–15" wide.

Condition
Vintage pre-owned condition with visible age-related wear. Tennis racket shows wear, scuffs and aging to the wood, grip and strings. Yahtzee box has edge/corner wear, creasing and surface wear consistent with age. Contents included exactly as photographed; completeness has not been independently verified.

Historical Note
Yahtzee was commercially introduced by game entrepreneur Edwin S. Lowe in 1956, making this copyright-dated example an especially early version of the classic dice game. Wooden rackets such as the Westminster example represent the traditional construction used before metal and composite rackets became dominant later in the 20th century.
