Historical Note Brass furnishings and sculptural coat racks were popular decorative elements of Hollywood Regency and mid-century-inspired interiors throughout the 1970s and 1980s. These designs emphasized elegant metallic finishes, clean architectural lines, and functional forms that doubled as decorative statement pieces. This coat rack closely resembles examples attributed to the 1980s, featuring the distinctive branching hooks, slender brass pole, and geometric tripod base associated with the period. Vintage brass coat racks of this style have become increasingly desirable among collectors and interior designers seeking authentic late-20th-century furnishings. Their combination of practical functionality and sculptural appeal makes them particularly versatile in contemporary interiors. Estimated Value 200–350
