Description :
Striking vintage art glass compote bowl featuring a dramatic teal aqua cone-shaped bowl set on a contrasting cobalt blue pedestal foot. The sleek, minimalist silhouette reflects the Mid-Century Modern aesthetic and is reminiscent of designs produced by Blenko, Kanawha, and other American art glass makers during the 1960s–1980s. Its bold color combination and sculptural form make it ideal as a centerpiece, display bowl, fruit bowl, or decorative accent. The wide flared shape beautifully showcases the vibrant glass and catches light from every angle. Approximate Measurements Condition Historical Note Estimated Value
Very good vintage condition. Glass is clean and displays beautifully with light surface wear consistent with age and use. No major chips or cracks observed. Please review all photos carefully for complete condition details.
Colorful hand-blown and studio art glass gained widespread popularity during the Mid-Century Modern era. Teal and cobalt combinations became especially desirable among collectors for their bold visual impact and association with American art glass manufacturers such as Blenko, Kanawha, and Pilgrim Glass.
