Description :

Vintage painted corner cabinet offered with its entire coordinated collection of china, glassware, and decorative accessories. The cabinet features glass-front upper doors, open display shelving, lower enclosed storage, and decorative applied details in a distressed white finish. Contents include an extensive assortment of purple transferware and English Staffordshire-style tableware with plates, bowls, cups, saucers, and serving pieces, alongside amethyst and cranberry glass. Glass pieces include a Fenton-style art glass pitcher, molded tumblers, plates, bowls, decorative bottle/decanter, footed cake stand, vase, and additional serving and display pieces. Also included are the decorative candlesticks and accessories shown. A wonderfully layered collection with strong visual appeal, offered together as displayed in the estate.

Approx. Measurements: Cabinet approx. 65–75 in. H x 25–35 in. W x 15–22 in. D. Individual contents range approx. 2–16 in. H/W.

Condition: Good vintage estate condition overall with age-appropriate wear. Cabinet shows distressed paint, scuffs, marks, and finish wear. China and glass vary in age and maker and may exhibit crazing, surface wear, discoloration, small chips, or other minor imperfections. Please review all photographs for exact contents and condition.

Historical Note: Purple transferware became particularly fashionable during the 19th century, with Staffordshire potteries producing richly decorated tablewares for domestic and export markets. This estate collection combines that traditional English aesthetic with vintage colored and art glass, reflecting the layered decorating style of a collection assembled over many years.
