Description :

Eclectic collection of vintage and modernist metal décor with several particularly desirable pieces. Highlighting the group are four matching vintage IKEA sculptural candlesticks with dramatic curved stems and polished silver-tone finish—an excellent example of IKEA’s late-20th-century Scandinavian modern design.

The collection also includes sterling silver pieces, including a Reed & Barton item visibly marked “REED & BARTON 3000”, along with other marked silver/sterling pieces, small candlesticks, serving vessels, measuring cups, vases, candleholders, decorative frame, embossed cone-form hanging piece and additional silver-tone objects. A great mixed lot for collectors of Scandinavian design, sterling silver and vintage tabletop décor.

Approx. Measurements
IKEA candlesticks approx. 10–14 in. tall
Remaining pieces approx. 2–12 in. tall
Measurements should be confirmed.

Condition
Vintage pre-owned condition with varying degrees of tarnish, oxidation, surface scratching and age-related wear. Some pieces would benefit significantly from polishing. IKEA candlesticks retain a bright reflective finish with visible surface wear. Please review photos for individual condition.

Historical Note
The four sculptural IKEA candlesticks are the standout design pieces in this collection, featuring the sleek, exaggerated curves associated with IKEA’s Scandinavian modern offerings of the late 20th century. The presence of marked sterling silver and Reed & Barton adds additional collectible and intrinsic value to the lot. Reed & Barton was a prominent American silver manufacturer founded in Massachusetts in the 19th century.

Est. Value
175–300
