Description :
Vintage Board Games Lot – Backgammon, Password, Rook Mixed vintage board game and tabletop game lot featuring several classic family games and accessories. This collection includes a folding backgammon set with pieces and dice, the classic Milton Bradley “Password” board game, a Parker Brothers Rook card game, a solid wood Mancala game set, a two-deck playing card set with visual illusions, and a Las Vegas Caesars Palace glass ashtray. These classic tabletop games were popular family entertainment pieces from the mid-20th century through the late 20th century and remain collectible for nostalgia, décor, and casual gameplay. Vintage game lots like this are popular with collectors, game enthusiasts, and those looking for retro game night sets, typically bringing $40–$100 depending on condition and completeness. Measurements (Approximate): Condition: Historical Note:
Backgammon set: about 15–16 in. wide when open
Password box: about 15 in. long
Mancala set box: about 10–12 in. long
Ashtray: about 4–5 in. diameter
Pre-owned vintage condition. Boxes show wear consistent with age and storage. Backgammon set appears to include pieces and dice. Other games appear largely complete but contents have not been fully verified.
Games like Password (1960s Milton Bradley) and Rook (Parker Brothers, early 20th century) were staples of American family game nights. Backgammon and Mancala are much older strategy games with origins dating back thousands of years across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, making them enduring classics of tabletop gaming.
