Description :

Mid-Century Modern Anchor Hocking Harlequin Glass Chip & Dip Bowl with Blue Mountain Pottery Drip Glaze Catchall

Curated mid-century modern decorative grouping featuring an Anchor Hocking Harlequin glass chip and dip bowl paired with a sculptural Blue Mountain Pottery drip glaze dish. The set brings together two iconic mid-century materials—graphic pressed glass and expressive studio pottery—creating a visually balanced and collectible pairing.

The glass bowl is an Anchor Hocking Harlequin pattern example, featuring a flared form decorated with alternating diamond motifs in coral orange and lavender tones. The bold atomic-era design and transparent glass construction reflect the optimistic entertaining culture of the 1950s and 1960s, making the bowl well suited for serving or display.

Complementing the glassware is a Blue Mountain Pottery freeform catchall finished in a turquoise drip glaze over brown clay. The organic shape, flowing glaze, and textured center exemplify the brand’s signature mid-century aesthetic. Originally produced as an ashtray or catchall, the piece functions today as a decorative tray or small-object dish.
